I have worked with Dr. Donnacha O’Sullivan on his website Virtual Reality Therapy providing a hypnobirthing track for his VR video.

The HSE undertook a fabulous Maternal Mental Health week in which I did a taster session via webinar with over 40 people interested in hypnobirthing.
